The Van Dyke Press has the expertise to print and convert a vast array of packaging and printing materials sourced locally and from major overseas producers in Asia & Europe.  

Using both sheet-fed offset and roll to roll flexographic printing, The Van Dyke Press has the flexibility to print up to 8 colours; apply foil embellishments or laminate, and die cut to the shape required. Most finishing processes are also completed in-house including varnishing,  guillotining, die cutting, embossing, laminating and foiling. 

Substrates include:     

* Plain and multi-layered coated papers and boards

* Heat sealable layered substrates made from paper, plastic and/or aluminium for lidding applications

* Greaseproof papers for margarine and butter packaging

Having many years of experience in printing UV or conventional inks on plastic substrates, the use of the inline UV coating facilities can result in an application of high gloss, matt or scuff resistant finishes to most surfaces.
